We aim to process and ship orders within 2-4 business days. Orders placed on *Fridays* will be shipped the following Monday or Tuesday. Please note that holidays are excluded, and processing times may be longer during sales or holiday periods.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs range from $5 to $20, depending on the size and weight of your package.

Address Errors or Order Cancellations

If an incorrect address is provided or an order is canceled after shipment, we cannot refund the full shipping cost already paid to the courier. In these cases, the shipping fee will be deducted from the total order amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded once we receive the returned package.

Returns

You may return items within 14 days of receipt in their original, unworn, and undamaged condition, including packaging. To initiate a return, email office@advancedmedspaofficial.com with your order number. Please note:

- Returns are at the customer’s expense, and delivery fees are non-refundable.

- Personalized, customized items, pierced jewelry, and sale items are non-returnable.

- Damaged or worn items cannot be accepted.

Exchanges

Exchanges follow the same guidelines as returns and must also be initiated within 14 days of receipt.

Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 24 hours at office@advancedmedspaofficial.com with a photo of the issue for swift resolution.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receipt. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the refund.
